Extra special rant #7!!!

Why is it special? A few reasons!

1. It's about 30 minutes long. Longest rant ever YESS!
B. It's a rant about another person's misinformed, idiotic rant. DOUBLE YESS!
III. It's being posted before rant 6!

NOTE: I say the F word 3 or 4 times in this, and didn't censor it, so it might be wise to watch with headphones.
NOTE 2: Read/watch Death Note. Seriously, it is a great show, very thought provoking. What would you do if you got a notebook of death?
NOTE 3: Embedded after the break is the original video, (which you can use for reference for the character images used, as well as the picture that was the suggestion for a "better" Mello. The one I went "hugglbeleugh" at) and a link to a place where you can watch Death Note online. For free. Legally. Anyway, watch my rant! And watch Death Note.

A Reflective Moment of the Passing of Time and the Wasting of Lives on the Mundane and Pointless

As I sit here at almost 1:30, I can't help but think, "wow. The year is actually over." It's hard to believe, isn't it? All you class of 2013 people, you're going to high school, like me. Different setting. Larger. Now think. If you're in the class of 2013 as I am, you're most likely 14. Think back through your life. Start as early as you can remember. Think of your best moment from kindergarten, up through now. Think of your friends from back then. Seriously, how many friends from kindergarten do you still know and talk with on a regular basis? I'd bet not many. Maybe a few, if you're lucky, maybe more. For me, I don't have any friends from kindergarten who I still know. Assuming you're 14 at the time of reading (as my entire reader base is at the moment), think ahead. you'll get through high school, then college, maybe graduate school. You'll get a job, and work until you retire. Then you'll grow older, and, you'll die. Maybe somewhere along the line you got married, had kids. Think of that hypothetical child now. They go through the same experiences. Through kindergarten, life, retirement, death. The cycle is endlessly repeating, and practically unbreakable. This cycle has gone on throughout history, will continue for as long as everyone can possibly fathom. So I urge everyone, as we enter the summer break, to enjoy your free time. Do whatever it takes to be entertained every moment of these next 3 months. This is probably going to be the most free time you ever get in your life, until you retire. Jobs don't have summer breaks. Even in high school, you will probably get a job, which will capitalize your free time. ENJOY IT WHILE IT LASTS, FOR IT WON'T FOREVER. Live for the moment, the moment that is temporary, pointless, and will never play any significant role in anything in any time in history. But that moment is important, because you enjoyed it. Heck, humanity itself is a self-destructive species. War, pollution, the biggest risk to us is ourselves. Nothing in your life will ultimately matter, so why not live for the moment? Think on this topic. Read more! Read more: http://www.blogdoctor.me/2007/02/expandable-post-summaries.html#ixzz0M4FsJGFv

Rant 6 is recorded

...but it will not be up tonight. It takes too long to convert to the movie and upload, I'll do it tomorrow. Make sure you come back and see it! Note that it might offend anyone who truly likes the book The Cage by Ruth Minsky Sender, but I am putting my honest opinion of the book up, and all the points I make are true. Come back tomorrow for rant 6! Read more! Read more: http://www.blogdoctor.me/2007/02/expandable-post-summaries.html#ixzz0M4FsJGFv

rant the fourth

It is here.

On a side note: took a long time to upload because I'm also downloading the Windows 7 R.C. 1. I'm a Mac user, so I guess I'm just checking out the competition. After my time with the beta, it seemed very polished, but unstable. lets hope the release candidate doesn't blue screen on me 5 seconds after logging in =D.
